What should I bring?

  • Bring loose fitting clothes to wear after service.  If it is raining be sure to bring an umbrella, jacket, sweat pants and rain boots or covered toe shoes.
  • Sweating during your development time or getting wet will ruin your tan. 

Is there a minimum age for airbrush tans?

  • Minors (of any age) can receive an airbrush tan. Our solution is organic and natural. If you are under the age of 18 you must receive a signed waver from a parent. 

What if I am late for my appointment?

  • If you arrive late we may not be able to take you for your appointment, our appointments are booked every 15 minutes. In a case that you have missed your entire appointment you may need to reschedule but you will still be charged for the missed appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Brazil Bronze Soho  at 48 hours hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of private mobile parties require one week’s notice. If you are a no show for appointment, you will not be able to book another appointment without prepaying. Client’s with packages will have to use a session if they are a no show or cancellation is less than 48 hours.

Mobile appointments

  • At the time of booking your session, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to secure your appointment. We will process your payment the day of your appointment prior to our arrival (See our cancellation policy).

Groupon Policy Brazil Bronze SOHO

  • Groupons may only be used in our SOHO salon every 90 days and expire 6 months from purchase date. We offer great package specials in salon or through our salon email blast to continue to receive great special pricing. 
  • We reserve the right to not accept vouchers in certain rooms, times and holidays.

What about gratuities?

  • Gratuities are at your discretion and appreciated. Gratuities are only accepted in cash please.

What about payment for services?

  • All major credit cards and cash is accepted. A credit card number is required at the time reservations are made. *Brazil Bronze SOHO has a cash discount incentive in all pricing


Brazil Bronze GIFT CARDS

  • Must present Gift Card at time of check-out.
  • Gift Cards are valid for products or services and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Card amount cannot be applied to gratuity, unless specifically noted.
  • Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  • When the full value of the Gift Card is redeemed, it will be relinquished to the client coordinator.

  • Brazil Bronze Soho is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of its customers and website visitors, as well as the security of all data collected for any purpose. Because your privacy is important, any personal information you supply will be used only for communication with you for Brazil Bronze Soho business, according to your stated preferences. All e-newsletters, announcements and other forms of electronic communication will be made available to you on an opt-in basis, and you may opt out of such communication at any time with formal written notification.
  • We ask that all Jewelry be removed prior to coming into the salon. Brazil Bronze SOHO is not responsible for lost/stolen personal items in the salon.
